Special Housing

I know I am a day late posting this. I have been playing with the idea of special housing. Now special housing refers to housimg for an organization like the handicap, corporate housing, or the one I will be trying student housing.

Student housing can be rough with the damages that are involved. The income is great. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house that would normally rent 750-800 genertaing 9600 a year. Now with students my house will sit empty 2-4 months yet i will get 16000 a year.
